All affiliates must comply with campaign terms and approved traffic sources. Use of prohibited methods (e.g. incentivized traffic, spoofing, misleading ads, brand bidding without approval) will result in termination.
Affiliates must download and honor all suppression files prior to launching any email campaigns. Violations may result in blacklisting and legal action.
Neticor Media maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. If traffic is found to be non-human, bot-generated, manipulated, or contains fabricated data – Neticor Media reserves the right to:
All leads must be genuine, user-initiated, and verifiable. Leads failing advertiser filters will not be paid for.
Neticor Media reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without prior notice in case of breach of this agreement or suspicion of fraud.
Payments are made on a weekly/bi-weekly basis after reconciliation. Fraudulent or reversed traffic will not be paid.
